The World Center Resort is the ideal place to spend your stay in the quiet of its rooms and in the beauty of its panoramic terraces : the Mediterranean Terrace and the Terrace of Enchantment.
The structure of the house fits perfectly into the natural landscape of the coast ; a traditional architectural heritage that goes back to the medieval agricultural practice : white walls in rugged, outdoor stairs , facing east at the side most exposed to the sun , with vaulted ceilings that allow the collection of water in the tank connected with the large wash basin ( Lavatoio) .
Fundamental point of encounter and aggregation, the ancient Lavatoio has been restored and is proudly displayed in the Mediterranean Terrace , retaining the charm of the women stories and tales for centuries. One of the few still existing in the territory , contributes to the constant reminder of some simple but basic values : the importance of socialization and the conservation of primary goods.
The Mediterranean Terrace will captivate you with its charm : the soft and compact turf of dichondra , the olive trees patiently recovered, the majestic Mediterranean plants such as the prickly pear, and the more exotic such as avocado , banana trees and cycads , in addition to beautiful geraniums and a variety of flowers in bloom and always well groomed

The terrace is equipped with tables and chairs . Each room has its personalized place alongside an ancient olive tree. At the terraces you can enjoy the delicious breakfast outdoors , prepared with fresh products from the local tradition , with a wide selection of sweet and savory products.

The World Center Resort has some gardens with organic cultivation of citrus fruits and other local products and spices. In addition to the hearty breakfasts prepared with fresh foods extolling the wholesome and taste of local products, you can request to participate in the cooking class with qualified staff, get to know, learn and enjoy, the tradition of Mediterranean cuisine in all its dishes.
Amalfi is the place par excellence for shopping for typical products: limoncello, handmade pasta, local wines, famous pastry shops for 5 generations, lemon profiteroles, Neapolitan pastiera, aubergines in chocolate.
Mediterranean cuisine, celebrations and tradition
At the restaurants in the area you can savor the delicious dishes of Mediterranean gastronomy, based on fresh fish from the gulf, enriched with the tasty vegetables from the coast, and with local herbs and spices. The appetizers and main courses are accompanied by tasty local cheeses and cured meats, among which the products of Agerola stand out (fior di latte, provola and Provolone del monaco Dop). The DOC Costa d'Amalfi wines, white, rosé, red and red reserve, will inebriate you.
